Signing in as a returning user
Anchor is passwordless. You ask for a link, it arrives by email, and opening it signs you in.
Before you start
You need the email address your Anchor account was set up with, and access to that inbox.
There is no password, and there never will be. Anchor sends a link each time.
Steps
1. Go to www.anchorcompliance.ca and open the sign-in page. The heading reads "Sign in to your Anchor Compliance account".
2. Type your email address into the "Email address" box.
3. Press "Send me a sign-in link". The form is replaced by a panel headed "Check your email", naming the address you typed.
4. Open your email and press the link. A page opens headed "Confirm your sign-in".
5. Press "Sign in". You are taken into Anchor.
How to know it worked
You are looking at a page with a menu, not a sign-in form.
If you asked for more than one link, only the newest one works. Use the most recent email.
