Many facilities
Treatment plants, pumping stations, chambers and maintenance holes, each space with its own signed assessment.
Entries every week
Permits issued by different crews in different departments, each bound to the assessment in force for that space.
Contractors
Contractor crews entering municipal spaces under the same assessment your own staff work under.
Everyone on the same record
The crew at the space, the supervisor in the office and the competent person off site work in one record at the same time, each with their own role and access.

A crew without access to Anchor can still work under the signed assessment, on paper.
